If you’re ready to book a session with one of our counselors, here are a few easy next steps you can take to get the process started:

Rates & Insurance
Rates
$150 for a 5o minute session for individuals and couples. Initial consult with couples is typically an 80 minute session for $240.

Insurance
We are considered an Out of Network provider. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your actual cost of counseling. Reimbursement rates typically range from 50-80% for plans that have Out of Network coverage for psychotherapy. Our services can be applied to your deductible. We can provide you with a Superbill for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance carrier. We can answer specific questions that you may have as part of your free 15 minute consultation.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check, Health Care Spending Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
We know that last minute things pop up. If you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your session.
Client Forms
• Consent and HIPAA Forms (one form per each attendee)
• Consent of Minors (for clients 17 & under)
• Release of Information Form (for consulting with a Psychiatrist, Medical Doctor, previous Counselor, etc.)
• Informed Consent Long Form (read only)
• HIPAA Long Form (read only)

Additional Directions To Our Counseling Center:
We are located in the Creekstone Condos complex at 10242 Greenhouse Road Cypress, Tx 77433, near the intersection of Greenhouse Road and Tuckerton Road. When you pull into the complex, drive around to the back left part of the property. We are located in Unit 1502, which is in the back left middle condo section , next door to Atron Solutions. If you get lost you can text or call 832-287-3422. If you arrive early for your session, you are welcome to wait in the lobby area or in your vehicle. Please help yourself to coffee and water in the lobby as well.
